Holiday Hours

The Shop will be closed for the Christmas and New Year Holidays from December 23rd - January 3rd. While no shipping will take place during this time period, you can still place an order. Orders will begin shipping on Monday, January 6th.

 

Processing time for orders that do NOT include personalization, customization, or a non-stocked item(s) is 5 - 10 business days, which does not include weekends or Holidays.  In addition, this does NOT include the time necessary for the United States Post Office (Post Office) to deliver your items to you.  Most orders will ship via the Post Office unless a different delivery service is required.

Please Note – The Post Office can take 3 – 4 business days to ship your package(s) to you if you select Standard or First Class shipping.  Choosing Priority Mail as a shipping method does not lessen the processing time for orders.  Love Me Greek is not responsible for USPS shipping delays or Lost/Stolen packages.

Love Me Greek offers two types of shipping methods for our products:

  1. Standard (First Class Mail). This delivery method through the Post Office typically takes 3 – 4 business days depending on where the package is being sent.  We currently offer this service to our customers at a Flat Rate of $7.00 for all orders.

  2. Priority (Priority Mail). This delivery method through the Post Office typically takes 2-3 business days depending on where the package is being sent.  We currently offer this service to our customer at $10.00 for all orders.

Processing time for orders that CONTAIN an item(s) that are personalized, customized or include a non-stocked item can take up to 14 business days before being ready to ship via one of the two options listed above.

Our goal is to get your order to you as fast as we can.  Most orders that are NOT personalized, customized, and in stock will ship out within 5-7 business days.  Please contact us directly at customerservice@lovemegreek.com if you need a quicker turnaround time.  We will then let you know if we are able to meet your timeline.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package through the Post Office. This email will be sent to the email address that was provided at checkout. Your package will be shipped to the address that was provided when the order was completed at checkout.

If your item is a gift, please note that when checking out and a gift receipt will be added to the package when the order is fulfilled.
